Our friends at Gluu Society are sharing educational workbooks free of charge to help the seniors in your life learn tablet technology to stay connected.
Your investment: 20 minutes of your time to complete an online survey administered by University of British Columbia researchers. The survey intends to measure the effectiveness of digital skills courses specifically for older adults.
Here’s how it works:
- Complete the online survey. Again, it should take approximately 20 minutes.
- Once you have submitted your survey, email your name and mailing address to BC CRN at materials@bccrns.ca to receive your workbook. There are two to choose from:
- Gluu Essentials for Apple iPad Workbook
- Gluu Essentials for Samsung Galaxy Workbook
A bonus: your name will be entered to win one of 3, $100 cash prizes as our way to thank you for your contribution and time. (Details on how to enter are in the survey.)
Deadline to complete the survey: Friday, October 14, 2022.
Our CRN members and affiliates have used and tested Gluu’s previous editions of the workbooks, and several people have found value in its contents.g
