Joyce is a lawyer and a Registered Nurse (RN) with over 14 years of experience working with seniors as an RN in BC.

As a lawyer, her practice involves family law, child protection services and general litigation. Joyce works closely with her clients to unite them with their child(ren). She helps the clients access legal, social, housing, transportation and health and wellness support.

Joyce is also active in her community, serving, for example, as a frontline nurse and researcher for Interior Health during the Covid-19 pandemic. Joyce holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from York University, Toronto, and a Bachelor of Nursing and Juris Doctor (Law) degree from Thompson Rivers University.
