Mr. Surendra Handa, Coordinator of the APNI South Asian Community Response Network (APNI CRN) was presented the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for outstanding services to the community by Ken Hardie, MP for Fleetwood Port Kells on September 22, 2022, in Surrey BC.
The award recognizes individuals, groups and organizations throughout BC who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, creativity, engagement, passion, and commitment to their communities.
