Vancouver Indigenous Community Response Network

As of 2016, there were an estimated 61,455 people who identified as Indigenous living in the city of Vancouver. The city itself sits on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Squamish, Musqueam, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples, and is home to a variety of people who belong to other First Nations communities from the surrounding province and the rest of Canada.
