The Tri-Cities of Metro Vancouver consists of the cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody, and the villages of Anmore and Belcarra. Together, this region has a total population of over 234,000 residents, with 13% being seniors ages 65+. After English, the most commonly spoken languages at home are Chinese (i.e. Cantonese or Mandarin) and Korean.
