Arlene spent the past 23 years working as Operations Manager for the National Research Council Canada. Arlene managed the Human Resources, Financial Resources and Information Technology for British Columbia and Yukon while managing 11 Direct Reports.
Arlene sat on various National Committees and helped develop new programs when Federal funding was received.

Prior to working with the Federal Government, Arlene worked for Pembina Resources in Calgary for 16 years as a production accountant and cost control analyst.

Arlene has also sat on several electoral district associations in various capacities.
