  1. Abuse and Neglect Community Gatekeepers Video (2021): Produced by the Revelstoke community response network (CRN), this video provides an overview of the signs of abuse and neglect in older adults. (Be sure to sign up for Gatekeeper training if you want more.) Video length: 3:44 minutes.
  2. BC Food Security Gateway (Website): The BC Food Security Gateway (the Gateway) is an online resource that provides BC communities with up-to-date food security information. The Gateway is meant to inform and link you to projects, initiatives, and organizations in British Columbia as well as publications, tools, guides, and news – so that you, too, can contribute to building food security in BC. The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) manages the Gateway in partnership with the Public Health Association of BC (PHABC).
  3. Virtual Learning Week 2021 Video Series: This series was produced by the Chetwynd CRN during Virtual Literacy Week, which took place January 11-15, 2021. Videos on financial literacy, media literacy, and budgeting are available for free for anyone interested in learning more through the town’s Community Adult Literacy Program (CALP) Facebook page.
  4. The Impact of COVID-19 on Senior’s Mental and Physical Health (Video, 2020): This video summarizes the findings of a research project that took place in Summer 2020 and led by a nursing team from Selkirk College. BC CRN’s Castlegar community response network (CRN) through the Kootenay Increase Recreation and Seniors (IRIS) program was a partner in this research. Video length: 6:38 minutes.
