Castlegar CRN Connects with Seniors, Community through Summer Coffee Socials, Lunches
The Castlegar CRN, through the Kootenay IRIS Program, has had an amazing summer safely and securely delivering lunches to seniors; hosting lunch-and-learn sessions to educate community members on topics such as ageism and elder abuse prevention, Better At Home, and the WK Volunteer Driver Program; and holding coffee socials. #Kudos to all donors, students, and community members who supported these summer activities and programs!

The Tri-Cities CRN’s Newsletter to Seniors is Out!
The Tri-Cities CRN, through the Tri-Cities Seniors’ Action Society, has released its August edition of their newsletter. It’s full of information and resources for seniors and their families to keep handy. A companion activity booklet is also available.
