All CRNs are eligible to apply for up to $5,000 in Community Impact Grants annually!
- Applications can be in any amount as long as the annual total does not exceed $5,000.
- Multiple applications can be submitted per year to a maximum total of $5,000.
- Grants are administered on an annual basis from April 1 to March 31.
- CRNs may apply for grants of up to $5,000 from April 1 to November 30.
- After November 30, grants of up to $2,500 are available.
- The final deadline to apply for grants for the fiscal period is February 15. All funds must be expended and a Community Impact Grant Report & Invoice Form must be submitted by March 31.

To receive a Community Impact Grant for your CRN, please follow these steps:
Complete the Community Impact Grant Application Form (below), before you start your project.
- Be sure to review your project idea with your Regional Mentor before submitting.
- Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation from the Director of Administration.
After your project, complete the Community Impact Grant Report & Invoice Form.
