Established in 1907, the South Granville area of Vancouver is centralized along Granville Street, and is bordered by the Fairview, Kitsilano, and Shaughnessy neighbourhoods. It is a somewhat exclusive neighborhood, and boasts several heritage buildings within its borders. Of its population of 103,000, nearly 16% are seniors ages 65+.
